R&R: Cheapest Primer ever!!! by Nivea Men
Hi Guys! If you are on the look out for an oil control product that also doubles as a primer and costs only PhP200, watch this Review and Roadtest (R&R) video!
Allow me to give credit to the person who became my inspiration to endlessly look for a similar product: Nikki Tutorials. She made shocked the makeup world about using her boyfriend's Nivea Post Shave Balm and created a trend of using this as a primer, which was the bomb when it comes to the price (only USD6.00).
Here are her video links:
1. 2015 TOP Hits and Oh God NO's
2. How to get GLOWY Skin!
However, that Nivea Men post shave balm/after shave balm that she used and promoted is not available in the Philippines, so I tested 2 other Nivea Men products:
Nivea Men Oil Control Moisture Gel
and
Nivea Men Extra Whitening Moisturizer Pore Minimizer
Please watch the video and let me know if you like my Review and Road Test on this product. xoxox!

Free Places to Visit in Singapore
Hi Guys!
Here is Day 2 of my Singapore trip. This was filmed on 28 Feb 2016. Check out some really nice free places that you can visit in Singapore :) And a quick makeup shopping!
PS Cafe is a bit pricey, but hold on, I just had to have brunch with a friend and all the other places I visited are absolutely free of entrance fees:
1. Haw Par Villa - there is a designated MRT station for this place called Haw Par Villa Station. It is a park with many different structires depicting a novel, and it is owned by the brothers who created the Tiger Balm. This place is huge so bring some hat and sun block! Food is not allowed inside, and it was fortunate that I had a super heavy brunch because Sunday is probably a day when there are no food stalls inside the park - only a vending machine for cold drinks.
2. Bugis Junction Mall
This is a nice mall where I found the guardian drugstore and bought some Catrice makeup
3. Haji Lane
What an artistic place! With bars and stores along a small road. In the Philippines we call these small roads as "eskinita". So many good finds here and there is even a nice graffiti within the road.
4. Bugis Street
This is the place to buy your souvenirs, I found the price affordable. There are also bargain stores outside at the back of Bugis Street.
This time I got lucky with rendering this film: you can view up to 720 HD quality :)
Please click the thumbs up button if you liked this video or leave a nice comment below :)
I had the opportunity to eat my favorite chinese-style duck at a hawker place called Maxwell Food Centre. I love eating duck and especially this style of cooking it just makes my mouth water! It is very affordable in many hawker places in Singapore. And since duck is very expensive in Philippines, I took every opportunity to have this savory duck rice again!
I also scheduled a tour at Baba House by sending them an email 2 weeks prior to my visit. They have a limited number of visitors per tour and the schedule would be:
Monday, 2pm – 3pm
Tuesday, 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Thursday, 10am – 11am
Saturday, 11am – 12pm
I would say it is a very nice experience if you are into finding out how the elite families lived, the designs of their houses, and the size and design of their living areas. The details and how Baba House was preserved is impressive.
Then after my tour at Baba House, the tour guide mentioned a traditional chinese-style sweet sticky rice snack that were served in Singapore back in the day. The most authentic flavor may be found at the Ang Ku Kueh store in Everton which is just a few blocks away from Baba House, so I went on foot to find the sticky rice cake stuffed with bean or peanut. It was worth the walk.
Singaporeans have a lot of humor and in this vlog, one of the sellers of Ang Ku Kueh asked me if I walked so far to look for their store.I said I was referred by Baba House. Then they said oh it is not far at all, back in the day, people walked all the way from China! Hahahahah
I then took the MRT riding the Outram station to get back to Orchard station. I got so dizzy going around Orchard alone! Just how many basement malls can this place have! Hahaha I really got lost at the wheelock area on my way back to Hotel Jen Tanglin...and on the way of being lost, I found this rotating face brush made by a Korean Brand Elisha Coy. I will be posting my test video soon!
This Singapore Vlog is not over! I still have to show you other things and hopefully, I gave you an idea on how to go about Singapore on a budget. You may also check out my 2 previous Singapore vlogs:
