I tried this affordable and delicious Angus Ribeye Steak slab from Carlo Enrico's Kitchen yesterday and it is just super tender and super flavorful (comes with its own rub and flavored oil)! More on the menu: Their signature dish is the Rolled Lechon Kawali (Deep-fried pork belly) with optional Kare Kare (Peanut) sauce or Dinuguan (Pork Blood Stew) Sauce. They also serve the best Kimchi I have ever tried!
