In one of my youtube surfing, I landed upon a healthy snack which I also tried.
Directions:
1.Heat 200g of peanut butter
2. Use the same bottle of peanut butter to measure same amount of honey and add to the peanut butter on the pan
3. Mix continuously and allow to melt for 5minutes
4.Remove from heat, add 200grams instant oats and mix
5.Allow to cool down for 15 minutes then put in the chiller for an hour
6. Form into small bite-size balls and serve cold
Other options:
Mix some shaved almonds
Mix some whey powder for added protein
Tip: form into small sizes only because it can be too sweet to finish a big serving.
