1 Meal a Day : How I survived it for 3 days
Okay let me mention something I forgot to add: My tongue felt really stiff the entire Days 2 and 3 with this 1-meal a day eating plan. I had to fix it by sprinkling some Himalayan salt on my tongue plus drinking lots of water. Overall, I suggest you try it even for just a day. Fasting once in a while is good. It feels like a body reset and curbs your cravings. Of course at the end of the day: Listen to your body. This is just my personal experience that I am sharing.
