I Choose Nespresso I Recycle

Hey Guys! Lucky enough to be part of this trip to Holy Carabao Farm in Sta. Rosa Laguna Philippines as part of the recycling program of Nespresso Philippines. Nespresso hands over the used coffee grounds from our pods to Holy Carabao Farm which they use in their compost as a sustainable support to their biodynamic farm.



What started out as an intention to purchase the Nespresso shirt turned out to be a field trip focusing on my desire to contribute to saving the environment. There's a lot to learn and I learned much from this trip!

1 Meal a Day : How I survived it for 3 days

Okay let me mention something I forgot to add: My tongue felt really stiff the entire Days 2 and 3 with this 1-meal a day eating plan. I had to fix it by sprinkling some Himalayan salt on my tongue plus drinking lots of water. Overall, I suggest you try it even for just a day. Fasting once in a while is good. It feels like a body reset and curbs your cravings. Of course at the end of the day: Listen to your body. This is just my personal experience that I am sharing.
