Prepare a Raisin Bread Sandwich with Mozarella and Butter

Today is a holiday, The Philippine Independence Day. As such, the luxury of waking up late!

My breakfast is a really nice pan toast of Raisin Bread. It is a 3-layer sandwich with one layer filled with slices of Mozarella cheese and the other layer added with a little unsalted butter.

Directions:
toast all slices in a teflon pan
While still on the pan, Put 2 slices of the raisin bread together and put the mozarella slices in between
Put a thin spread of unsalted butter on top of slice #2 and then put the 3rd slice on top
Flip the full sandwhich to toast the 3rd slice

This is the result, really yummy!:
