Make a different Ginger Tea to soothe your throat

To soothe my sore throat, i peeled and sliced some ginger and boiled it with 1.5 glass of drinking water. I added a teaspoon of muscovado sugar, and squeezed half an orange. I boiled it for 10 minutes, simmer for 10 minutes, then boil again for 2 minutes. Now here I have an all natural Ginger Tea!  I just love that little froth that came with it :)
