Where To Find The Best Halo Halo in the Philippines

I will not make you wait, jumping right into it: The best Halo Halo I have ever tried is made by Majestic Restaurant in the 3rd level of SM Cebu. I swear, this Halo Halo version is the B-O-M-B for only PhP108. I mean really, amazeballs!!!!

The ice was carefully mixed with Vanilla ice cream, served with creamy leche flan (similar to egg custard) and pinipig (pop rice) on top. Beans, Ube (Yam), and Langka (Jackfruit) may be found underneath the Vanilla-flavored ice shavings. Eating it was too much of a delight, that for a moment, you will forget talking to whomever you are dining with.

If you happen to visit SM Cebu, do not ever miss a chance to order this dessert. It may not be the traditional Halo Halo anyone in the Philippines grew up with, but it is so good and the twist is such a welcome alternative that satisfies the palate.

The service is quick and the servers are very courteous. They serve Chinese cuisine, but the layout of the store is modern Chinese - not too big tables, plus a a combination of:
1. Diner type tables and cushioned seats
2. Medium-sized round tables with wooden seats
3. Long rectangular table with wooden seats

The restroom, though the flush was not working at that time, is being closely monitored and kept clean.

Definitely something I totally recommend! After so many years of visiting Cebu, I never thought that the traditional Halo Halo can ever be tweaked to something so soft and creamy and delicious!
